STEP 18 - DON'T LET IT GET ON YOUR NERVES

NERVES are the body's highway for information to and from the brain. The brain is like the central computer.

The NERVES control just about every function of the body. They control the muscles, organs, heart, lungs, blood vessels, teeth and skin. When those interceptions get interfered with you may need to soothe or stimulate the NERVES.

When experiencing occasional soreness due to disruptions in NERVE function, it can be very intense and often debilitating. Here are some essential oils that can support healthy NERVE function throughout the body!
